NetTek Limited ("NetTek", "we", "us", "our") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 02969276. Our registered office is at 930 High Road, London N12 9RT.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website (nettek.uk) and any mobile or watch applications we develop and publish (collectively, "our Services").
Our commitment: we collect no user data
NetTek does not collect, store, process or transmit any personal information from users of our website or applications. This means:
- We do not use cookies, trackers, analytics scripts or any similar technology on our website.
- Our applications do not collect or transmit user data, usage statistics, crash reports or identifiers of any kind to NetTek or any third party.
- We do not operate user accounts, mailing lists or any database of user records.
- We do not use advertising networks, affiliate tracking or any form of behavioural profiling.
Because we collect no data, there is nothing to share, sell or disclose.
Our applications
Apps published by NetTek (including UmpireClicker) operate entirely on your device. All data you enter into any NetTek app — such as game scores or settings — is stored locally on your iPhone or Apple Watch and is never transmitted to NetTek's servers or to any third party.
Where data is transferred between your iPhone and Apple Watch, this occurs directly via Apple's WatchConnectivity framework and remains solely on your personal devices.
This website
The nettek.uk website is a static informational site. It does not set cookies, load third-party scripts or collect any information from visitors. Web server access logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) may be retained for up to 30 days by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes only, and are not processed by NetTek for any other purpose.
Your rights under UK law
Your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 include the right to access, correct or erase personal data held about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Since NetTek holds no personal data about you, these rights apply only in the limited context of our hosting provider's access logs.

Third-party services
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's own privacy policies govern any data Apple may collect in connection with the App Store and device services. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. As we collect no data from any users, no special measures are required beyond this statement.
