The NetTek name and logo are trademarks of NetTek Limited.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use our Services as described herein.
4. Applications — licence
Subject to these Terms, NetTek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our applications on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the applications commercially.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetTek disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checks to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NetTek Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Third-party services
Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Apple's services or for any issues arising from your use of the App Store.

We may update our Services and these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
